Domus Decora Group Company Update

Hello Everyone, 

I hope this message finds you well and business going well, as our thoughts turn to better weather and the summer season. 

I am writing to share an exciting update regards Domus Decora Group UAB (DDG) and our related brands… 

• Decora Europa 
• Domus Lumina 
• 123zaliuzes.lt 

On Friday 2 May, I completed the acquisition of the business from Mzuri Group. 

This amicable change allows Mzuri to focus their attention on the other production sites in the Mzuri Group and, importantly, allows myself and my Team to focus on growing our company to better serve our European customers. 

This will see us invest in exciting new ranges and products that we’re already working on. For now, it will very much be – ‘business as usual’. 

Product, pricing and relationship consistency is crucial for you and for us – and we won’t be making any sudden changes. 

We will be retiring use of the Mzuri related names in the coming months (eg. Decora and 123) and will update you as this develops. 

In July, it will be two years since I took over as CEO of DDG. Had you told me then, that my head and my heart would become strongly ‘Lithuanian’ and that I’d be buying the business…I’d have thought you were crazy. 

However – in that time, we’ve made a significant amount of improvement and change, that is only just getting started. 

My Team and I are here to take this business to the next level and your support, working with us, is never taken for granted. 

The best – as they say – is yet to come!
